I heard that the cylinder was bought over there in Zhaoqing. The specific manufacturer is ominous. Our company is a cylinder company which belongs to Sanyi ZTE and Hunan Sanxing. So the quality is relatively reliable.

　　这客人一共订了7套拆楼臂，原本全放我公司做的，但要求4月25日前要交完货，当时谈的时已到3月初，离交货时间只有50天左右，3月、4月又是我公司忙的时候，所以我们只接了4套，让了3套给其他厂家，那几套拆臂我去看过，跟我公司的挖机拆楼臂相比还是有不少差距的，从以下几点比较：

　　一、从加装的备用阀比较，我公司用的是合资备用阀，脚踩阀也是CAT原装的，那个厂家用的是国产备用阀和国产脚踩阀，这里一台机成本相差大几千块，从美观方面比较合资备用阀装好后很美观、整洁。国产备用阀管路显的很乱，非常不美观。从操作方面比较：CAT原装脚踩阀踩的时候脚感很好，国产脚踩阀踩的时候非常僵硬。从常远比较：合资备用阀很少会出现漏油的情况，国产备用阀出现漏油的情况概率会大一些。

From long-term comparison: Joint-venture spare valves rarely leak, and domestic spare valves have a higher probability of leaking.

　　二、从臂的用材上比较，我听客人说他们上下盖板是用Q550的材料，我公司用的是Q690D材料，这里一套臂我们直接材料成本又比他们高几千块，当然我公司的拆楼臂强度自然会他们的好很多。

　　三、从软管的用材比较，我公司用的是美国GATES的油管，那个厂家用的油管不清楚，但看一去质量一般般，一套臂下来成本我公司又比那家公司高两叁仟元。

　　3. From the comparison of hose materials, our company uses GATES tubing. The brand of tubing used by that manufacturer is not clear, but look at the general quality, the cost of a set of arms is two or three thousand yuan higher than that company.

　　四、从铲斗油缸来比较，我公司用的三一中兴的油缸，那家公司用的是一般厂家生产的油缸，这样一条油缸我公司又比那家公司贵仟块。

　　4. Comparing with the bucket cylinder, the Sany ZTE cylinder used by our company is the cylinder manufactured by the general manufacturer. This kind of cylinder is more expensive in our company than in that company.

　　这样算下来，他们一套臂比我少壹万多元的成本。所以说在谈挖掘机拆楼臂的时候一定要让厂家提祥细的产品图纸，和注明相关外购配件的、型号、原产地等相关信息。只有相关技术要求统一后才好比，不然一套22米的挖掘机三节拆楼臂相关万儿八千真的不多。
