长臂挖掘机系统常见的两大故障

1. 行走跑偏
1. walking deviation
该挖掘机发作行走跑偏毛病,在确定行走马达技能情况正常、履带松紧度调整恰当的情况下,作如下排查:

反转接头处油道许多,相互之间简单勾结。先拆开 2 个行走马达的油管,然后堵死其间 1 个马达油管;再发动发动机,拉动堵死油管马达的换向阀,发现油液压力过低,而没有堵死的液压马达的油孔出油。由此断定反转接头的油道密封欠好。替换反转接头的密封件,毛病不见
There are many oil channels at the center reverse junction, which are simply colluded with each other. First, remove the tubing of two walking motors, and then plug the one motor tubing in between; then start the engine, pull the reversing valve plugging the tubing motor, found that the hydraulic pressure is too low, and no plugged hydraulic motor oil hole oil. It is concluded that the oil seal of the central reverse connection is not good enough. Replace the seal of the center reverse connector. It's not seen.
(2) 查看组合阀
(2) check the combination valve.
先查看行走速度慢一侧的行走组合阀。拆开其限压阀上的 2 根油管,用堵头堵住出油口,发动发动机,拉动有堵头组合阀的行走操作手柄,检测油压正常;再拆开另一侧行走组合阀上的 2 根油管,再次发动发动机,调查其限压阀的 2 个油孔无油液流出,由此判别毛病不在组合阀。

Remove the two tubing on the pressure limiting valve, plug the outlet with a plug, start the engine, pull the walking handle of the combination valve with a plug to check the normal oil pressure; then remove the two tubing on the other side of the combination valve, start the engine again, investigate the two oil holes of the pressure limiting valve without oil flowing out, thereby distinguishing the hair. 2. 斗杆油缸弹性缓慢无力
The 2. bucket cylinder is slow and elastic.
该长臂挖掘机在作业过程中呈现斗杆油缸弹性缓慢无力毛病,经剖析作如下排查:
The bucket-rod cylinder of the long-arm excavator shows slow elasticity and weakness during its operation. The analysis is made as follows:
(1) 查看密封件
(1) check seals.
若斗杆油缸活塞等处密封件失效,将形成低压腔与高压腔的液压油因内泄而互窜。先松开低压腔的油管,放掉腔内液压油,然后发动发动机给高压腔内写入压力油,未见液压油从低压腔的油管中流出,标明斗杆缸活塞密封件密封杰出。
If the sealing parts of bucket rod cylinder piston and other places fail, the hydraulic oil of low pressure cavity and high pressure cavity will be channeled each other because of internal leakage. First loosen the oil pipe in the low pressure chamber, release the hydraulic oil in the chamber, and then start the engine to write the pressure oil into the high pressure chamber. (2) 查看吸油阀
(2) check the safety suction valve.
斗杆油缸作业回路上装有 2 个吸油阀,若其间某个吸油阀的单向阀失效成为双向直通,或许在溢流阀溢流压力很低时,都会形成该侧油腔的油压不能树立,压力油直接经过单向阀或溢流阀泄入油箱,使斗杆缸动作缓慢无力乃不能作业。

吸油阀若发作上述毛病,在操作手柄处于中立方位停机后,斗杆油缸会主动缓慢回落。但是该斗杆缸没有发现此种表象,阐明毛病不在吸油阀。
