超长臂挖掘机，特点是挖掘力较小，宜配较小容量的铲斗，优点是扩大挖掘范围。因此超长臂挖掘机主要用于疏浚河道、清理淤泥、河沙、碎石、拆除高层建筑物等，面对各种恶劣工况均能发挥超长臂的威力。特别是因自然灾害造成的泥石流滑坡引起的河流堵塞的挖掘、清理和疏浚工作以及长距离、更大深度的搬运土方、砂土、碎石等工作。

超长臂挖掘机适用于挖掘和装卸1500kg/m3以下的松散物料。严禁用于挖掘和装载1500kg/m3以上的物料或更***别的土石方（含未经爆破沉积水下的坚硬鹅卵石、砂石等）。

Ultra long arm excavators are suitable for excavating and loading and unloading loose materials below 1500kg/m3. It is strictly prohibited to use it for excavation and loading of materials above 1500kg/m3 or higher-level earth and rock (including hard pebbles, sand, etc. deposited underwater without blasting).

在使用超长臂作业装置进行作业时要特别注意以下几点：

Special attention should be paid to the following points when using an ultra long arm operating device:

1）未经允许，严禁私自改动挖掘机工作装置和其它结构、机构，这样可能会造成工作装置和其它结构、机构损坏及出现各类问题。

1) Without permission, it is strictly prohibited to modify the working device and other structures and mechanisms of the excavator without permission, as this may cause damage to the working device and other structures and mechanisms, as well as various problems.

2）严禁横向操作用于刮土及拖拉其它物料。

2) It is strictly prohibited to operate horizontally for scraping soil and dragging other materials.

3）严禁用于起吊或拖拉重物（含使用运输状态下的撑杆固定孔进行起吊）。

3) It is strictly prohibited to use it for lifting or dragging heavy objects (including using the fixed holes of the support rods in the transportation state for lifting).

4）当用户不小心将整机履带陷入泥泞的稀泥地或坑中时，严禁用工作装置（铲斗、斗杆、动臂等）作为支撑进行自救，这样会造成结构件的损坏。只能用拖车拖动整机或者用起重机将整机吊离现场。

4) When the user accidentally plunges the entire machine's track into muddy mud or pits, it is strictly prohibited to use working devices (buckets, dippers, booms, etc.) as support for self rescue, as this may cause damage to structural components. The entire machine can only be towed by a trailer or lifted off the site by a crane.
