1、加长大小臂每天少打两次黄油。在泥水中作业时，若工作装置连接销轴浸在水中，则每次完工后都要清洗干净再加黄油。每次作业前都要检查工作装置连接部位是否加满黄油。每次加黄油后，操作动臂、斗杆和铲斗数次，然后再加黄油，直到将旧黄油挤出为止。
1. Apply butter at least twice a day to lengthen the upper and lower arms. When working in muddy water, if the connecting pin of the working device is immersed in water, it must be cleaned and buttered after each completion. Before each operation, check whether the connection part of the working device is filled with butter. After adding butter each time, operate the boom, stick, and bucket several times, and then add butter again until the old butter is squeezed out.
2、在海滨地区或腐蚀地区作业，操作后要彻底清洗整个机器，以除去盐分，必要时在需要的地方加黄油或机油，以避免锈蚀。在寒冷的冬天作业，必须将液压缸的活塞杆回到液压缸筒内，避免泥土和水粘在活塞杆上，损坏液压缸密封圈。
2. When working in coastal or corrosive areas, the entire machine should be thoroughly cleaned after operation to remove salt. If necessary, butter or oil should be added where needed to avoid rusting. In cold winter operations, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder must be returned to the hydraulic cylinder barrel to avoid soil and water sticking to the piston rod and damaging the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder.
长臂挖掘机的施工注意事项

1、挖掘机回转时，必须离地面0.5米。

2、铲斗插入工作目标时，严禁大力敲打，也不能行走和旋转。
