如果更换新的回转支承需要进口，且昂贵，大约10万元左右，供货周期也比较长。挖掘机本身为旧机器，没有必要更换新的回转支承，故决定对原回转支承进行修复。由于发现问题比较及时，回转支承的内、外滚道损坏并不十分严重。经过观察和测量，回转支承的内、外滚道变形，只是滚道有麻点，仍可继续使用。

After observation and measurement, the inner and outer raceway deformation of the slewing bearing is only a pitting in the raceway, and it can still be used.
因此决定采取更换隔离套，钢球和密封装置的方法进行修复。原回转支承的钢球测量后其直径为28.48mm，而国内产品只能买到直径为28.60mm的钢球，比原机的钢球直径大0.12mm。原机回转支承内共有隔离套和钢球136个。滚道内的钢球和隔离套的长度比原来长16.32(136×0.12)，每个隔离套尺寸应相应减小0.12mm，才能保证回转支承内隔离套和钢球刚好装满滚道。购买钢球时采用选配方法，必须保证钢球直径误差小于0.002mm。隔离套也要多做些，供装配时选用。如果装到后仍不能保证和原来的数目相同，应再减小部分隔离套的尺寸，直到与原回转支承隔离套和钢球数目相同并充满整个滚道为止。

The diameter of the steel ball after the original slewing bearing is 28.48mm, while the domestic product can only buy a diameter of 28.60mm steel ball, larger than the diameter of the original ball steel 0.12mm. The length of the ball and isolation sleeve in the raceway is 16.32 (136 * 0.12) longer than that in the original, and the size of each isolating sleeve should be reduced by 0.12mm to ensure that the inner sleeve and the ball in the rotary support are just filled with the raceway. When selecting steel balls, the matching method must be adopted to ensure that the diameter error of the ball is less than 0.002mm. The isolating sleeve should also be done more for the selection of the assembly. If the number is not guaranteed to be the same as the original number, the size of the partial isolating sleeve should be reduced until the same number and the whole raceway with the original slewing sleeve and the steel ball.

，将回转支承内、外座圈（包括滚道），钢球，隔离套，密封装置和螺栓孔等清洗干净，并将外座圈放在内座圈上，基本上保证内、外座圈的滚道处在同一平面 上，然后将钢球和隔离套通过径向孔放入滚道（如图1），放入顺序为一个钢球一个隔离套，直装满，再把堵塞3堵上，把锥销2打紧。装配密封装置时，将密封装置与密封槽接触的部分涂上密封胶，以保证密封效果。转动回转支承，看有无卡紧现象，如有卡紧现象应予以修配，使之能够灵活转动。后再通过回转支承外座圈的黄油嘴加注黄油，使滚道充满黄油，并在回转小齿轮和回转大离圈的油池内注满黄油。
First, the inner and outer ring (including the raceway), the steel ball, the isolation sleeve, the sealing device and the bolt hole are cleaned, and the outer ring is placed in the inner ring, basically ensuring the raceway of the inner and outer rings on the same plane, and then the steel ball and the isolating sleeve are put into the raceway through the radial hole (as in Figure 1). The order is a steel ball, an isolation sleeve, until it is filled, then plug 3 plugs and tighten the taper pin 2. When the sealing device is assembled, the sealing part and the contact part of the sealing groove are coated with sealant to ensure the sealing effect. Turn the slewing bearing to see if there is any clamping phenomenon. If there is a clamping phenomenon, it should be repaired so that it can be flexibly rotated. Finally, add butter to the butter mouth of the outer seat ring and fill the raceway with butter and fill the butter in the rotary pinion and the oil pool of the revolving circle.
用起重机将挖掘机的上车吊起，将回转平台的下止口对准回转支承的外座圈，对正后，用与螺栓直径相近的圆钢通过螺栓孔把上车和下车对正定位，然后装配螺栓，螺栓的螺纹上应涂以乐泰防松胶。螺栓呈三角形对称安装如图3。先安装第1组3个螺栓。再安装第2组3个螺栓。开始时螺栓不能拧紧，待把螺栓全部安装完毕后，再用力矩扳手逐个将螺栓拧紧，拧紧力矩为650N?m。安装完毕，启动机器，使之做回转等各种动作，直恢复正常为止。

该机自修理后，已经持续工作了一年，回转支承未发现任何问题。
