先查看行走速度慢一侧的行走组合阀。拆开其限压阀上的 2 根油管，用堵头堵住出油口，发动发动机，拉动有堵头组合阀的行走操作手柄，检测油压正常；再拆开另一侧行走组合阀上的 2 根油管，再次发动发动机，调查其限压阀的 2 个油孔无油液流出，由此判别毛病不在组合阀。

若斗杆油缸活塞等处密封件失效，将形成低压腔与高压腔的液压油因内泄而互窜。先松开低压腔的油管，放掉腔内液压油，然后发动发动机给高压腔内写入压力油，未见液压油从低压腔的油管中流出，标明斗杆缸活塞密封件密封杰出。

斗杆油缸作业回路上装有 2 个吸油阀，若其间某个吸油阀的单向阀失效成为双向直通，或许在溢流阀溢流压力很低时，都会形成该侧油腔的油压不能树立，压力油直接经过单向阀或溢流阀泄入油箱，使斗杆缸动作缓慢无力乃不能作业。
