1. 行走跑偏

该挖掘机发作行走跑偏毛病,在确定行走马达技能情况正常、履带松紧度调整恰当的情况下,作如下排查:

(1) 查看反转接头

反转接头处油道许多,相互之间简单勾结。先拆开 2 个行走马达的油管,然后堵死其间 1 个马达油管;再发动发动机,拉动堵死油管马达的换向阀,发现油液压力过低,而没有堵死的液压马达的油孔出油。由此断定反转接头的油道密封欠好。替换反转接头的密封件,毛病不见

First disassemble the oil pipes of two traveling motors, and then block one motor oil pipe between them; Then start the engine and pull the change-over valve of the blocked oil pipe motor. (2) 查看组合阀
(2) View combination valve
先查看行走速度慢一侧的行走组合阀。拆开其限压阀上的 2 根油管,用堵头堵住出油口,发动发动机,拉动有堵头组合阀的行走操作手柄,检测油压正常;再拆开另一侧行走组合阀上的 2 根油管,再次发动发动机,调查其限压阀的 2 个油孔无油液流出,由此判别毛病不在组合阀。

(1) 查看密封件
(1) View seals
若斗杆油缸活塞等处密封件失效,将形成低压腔与高压腔的液压油因内泄而互窜。先松开低压腔的油管,放掉腔内液压油,然后发动发动机给高压腔内写入压力油,未见液压油从低压腔的油管中流出,标明斗杆缸活塞密封件密封杰出。
If the seals at the piston of the stick cylinder fail, the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure chamber and the high-pressure chamber will cross each other due to internal leakage. First loosen the oil pipe in the low-pressure chamber, drain the hydraulic oil in the chamber, and then start the engine to write pressure oil into the high-pressure chamber. (2) Check the safety oil suction valve
斗杆油缸作业回路上装有 2 个吸油阀,若其间某个吸油阀的单向阀失效成为双向直通,或许在溢流阀溢流压力很低时,都会形成该侧油腔的油压不能树立,压力油直接经过单向阀或溢流阀泄入油箱,使斗杆缸动作缓慢无力乃不能作业。

If the one-way valve of a safety oil suction valve fails and becomes a two-way straight through, perhaps when the overflow pressure of the overflow valve is very low, the oil pressure in the oil chamber on this side will not be established, and the pressure oil will directly drain into the oil tank through the one-way valve or overflow valve, making the stick cylinder slow, weak or even unable to operate.
吸油阀若发作上述毛病,在操作手柄处于中立方位停机后,斗杆油缸会主动缓慢回落。但是该斗杆缸没有发现此种表象,阐明毛病不在吸油阀。
