这些挖机操作很容易损害油缸!

1、工作装置未完全回收就行走

在路面不平整的石子路,在挖机未停稳的状况下开始作业,长久下来会造成下车架受力不均,引起下车架受损。更好是在下方垫一些土,使地面平稳,这样再作业。

油缸维护保养方法
Oil cylinder maintenance method
一、油缸在使用过程中应定期更换液压油,清洗系统滤网,保证清洁度,延长使用寿命。
1、 During the use of the oil cylinder, the hydraulic oil shall be replaced regularly, and the system filter screen shall be cleaned to ensure cleanliness and prolong the service life.
二、油缸在每次使用时,要进行全伸全缩的试运转5个行程然后再带载运行。这样做可以排尽系统中的空气,预热各系统,能够有效地避免系统中存在空气或水,在油缸缸体造成气体爆炸(或焦烧)现象,这样会损害密封件,造成油缸内泄等故障。

三、控制好系统温度,油温过高会减少密封件的使用寿命,长期油温高使密封件发生变形,甚完全失效。

四、防护好活塞杆外表面,防止磕碰和划伤对密封件的损伤,经常清理油缸动密封防尘圈部位和裸露的活塞杆上的泥沙,防止粘在活塞杆表面上的不易清理的污物进入油缸内部损伤活塞、缸筒或密封件。
4、 Protect the outer surface of the piston rod to prevent the damage to the seal caused by collision and scratch. Regularly clean the sediment on the dynamic seal dust ring of the oil cylinder and the exposed piston rod to prevent the dirt on the surface of the piston rod from entering the oil cylinder and damaging the piston, cylinder barrel or seal.
五、经常检查各螺纹、螺栓等连接部位,发现松动立即紧固好。

六、经常润滑联接部位,防止无油状态下锈蚀或非正常磨损。
6、 Frequently lubricate the connecting parts to prevent corrosion or abnormal wear without oil.
