甩土主要就是突出一个甩字，特别有讲究，主要是控制好挖掘机的协调性，动作看起来流畅。挖土每一斗一定挖满，提起挖斗后，尽量停止所有其他动作，只单独全力做回旋动作，这样回旋的动作速度会.快。在挖土旋转时铲斗并不是水平的，而是略微打开，这样就不会因为惯性和离心力而使土从铲斗后面甩出，卸土时开斗也会更快。
