一、 作业前准备：

1、 仔细阅读挖掘机相关使用说明材料，熟悉所驾驶车辆的使用和保养状况；
1. Carefully read the relevant instruction materials of the excavator and be familiar with the use and maintenance of the driving vehicle;
2、 详细了解施工现场任务情况，检查挖掘机停机处土壤坚实性和平稳性。在挖掘基坑、沟槽时，检查路堑和沟槽边坡稳定性；
2. Understand the tasks on the construction site in detail, and check the soil firmness and stability at the stop of the excavator. When excavating foundation pit and trench, check the stability of cutting and trench slope;
3、 严禁任何人员在作业区内停留，工作场地应便于自卸车出入；
3. No personnel is allowed to stay in the operation area, and the working site shall be convenient for the access of dump trucks;
4、 检查挖掘机液压系统、发动机、传动装置、制动装置、回转装置以及仪器、仪表，在经试运转并确认正常后才可以工作。
4. Check the hydraulic system, engine, transmission device, braking device, slewing device, instruments and meters of the excavator. It can work only after trial operation and confirmation.
二、 作业与行驶中要求：

1、 操作开始前应发出信号；

2、 作业时，要注意选择和创造合理的工作面，严禁掏洞挖掘；严禁将挖掘机布置在两个挖掘面内同时作业；严禁在电线等高空架设物下作业；
2. During operation, pay attention to selecting and creating a reasonable working face, and digging is strictly prohibited; It is strictly prohibited to arrange the excavator in two excavation surfaces for simultaneous operation; It is strictly prohibited to work under overhead erections such as wires;
3、 作业时，禁止随便调节发动机、调速器以及液压系统、电器系统；禁止用铲斗击碎或用回转机械方式破碎坚固物体；禁止用铲斗杆或铲斗油缸顶起挖掘机；禁止用挖掘机动臂拖拉位于侧面重物；禁止工作装置以突然下降的方式进行挖掘；
3. During operation, it is forbidden to arbitrarily adjust the engine, governor, hydraulic system and electrical system; It is forbidden to break solid objects by bucket or rotating machinery; It is forbidden to jack up the excavator with bucket rod or bucket cylinder; It is forbidden to use the boom of excavator to drag the weight on the side; It is forbidden to excavate the working device in the way of sudden descent;
4、 挖掘机应在汽车停稳后再进行装料，卸料时，在不碰及汽车

5、 液压挖掘机正常工作时，液压油温应在50度到80度之间。机械使用前，若低于20度时，要进行预热运转；达到或超过80度时，应停机散热。

三、 作业后要求：

1、 挖掘机行走时，应有专人指挥，且与高压线距离不得少于5米。禁止倒退行走；
1. The excavator shall be commanded by a specially assigned person, and the distance from the high-voltage line shall not be less than 5m. Do not walk backwards;
2、 在下坡行走时应低速、匀速行驶，禁止滑行和变速；

3、 挖掘机停放位置和行走路线应与路面、沟渠、基坑保持距离；

4、 挖掘机在斜坡停车，铲斗必须放到地面，所有操作杆置于中位；

5、 工作结束后，应将机身转正，将铲斗放到地面，并将所有操作杆置于空挡位置。各部位制动器制动，关好机械门窗后，驾驶员方可离开。
