Preparation for hydraulic oil change:

（1）一台水上挖掘机更换液压油时,应做如下准备:收购整车液压系统用的油。（液压油箱容积的2。5倍），滤芯，水陆两栖挖掘机出租租赁服务作用知识洗油，水陆两栖挖掘机出租租赁服务3公斤面粉，绳子，18米～30米华体会国际 出租关闭液压油管的油堵，（按换油的水上挖掘机上的油管制造）一台汽泵和巨细空油桶等。准备一台正常的水上挖掘机。将换油的水上挖掘机动臂抬升到*点,斗杆及铲斗收到内点后发起机熄灭.(动臂缸，水陆两栖挖掘机出租租赁服务作用知识斗杆缸和铲斗缸的缸杆全部伸出到极点)。

(1) When a water excavator changes the hydraulic oil, the following preparations shall be made: purchase the oil for the hydraulic system of the whole vehicle. (2.5 times the volume of the hydraulic oil tank), filter element, amphibious excavator rental service, knowledge of the role of washing oil, amphibious excavator rental service, 3kg flour, rope, 18m ~ 30m long arm excavator rental, oil plug for closing the hydraulic oil pipe, (made according to the oil pipe on the water excavator for oil change), a steam pump and large and small empty oil bucket, etc. Prepare a normal water excavator. Lift the boom of the water excavator for oil change to the * point, and the initiator goes out after the bucket and bucket receive the inner point. (boom cylinder, amphibious excavator rental service knowledge, bucket cylinder rod of bucket cylinder and bucket cylinder all extend to the pole).

（2）液压油箱的清洁：将箱内的液压油全部放出，水陆两栖挖掘机出租租赁服务从泵上面的油口向泵壳内注满洗油，水陆两栖挖掘机出租租赁服务把泵和油箱之间的管路从泵的接口处拆开，放出管路内的油液。

(2) Cleaning of the hydraulic oil tank: drain all the hydraulic oil in the tank. The amphibious excavator rental service fills the pump shell with washing oil from the oil port above the pump. The amphibious excavator rental service disassembles the pipeline between the pump and the oil tank from the pump interface to drain the oil in the pipeline.

用洗油冲刷液压油箱和管路。用医用沙布把液压油箱内部擦净。水上挖掘机租赁出租将面粉揉和到能拉伸面的程度分红三份，用面团分三次粘洁净液压油箱的里面尤其是油箱的边角处和滤芯筒。液压油箱和滤芯筒内有必要彻底收拾洁净。更换新的液压滤芯，上好盖板。

Flush the hydraulic tank and lines with wash oil. Wipe the inside of the hydraulic oil tank with medical abrasive cloth. The water excavator is rented. Knead the flour to the extent that it can stretch the surface, distribute three dividends, and use the dough to stick and clean the inside of the hydraulic oil tank three times, especially the corners of the oil tank and the filter cartridge. It is necessary to clean the hydraulic oil tank and filter cartridge thoroughly. Replace the hydraulic filter element with a new one and install the cover plate.

（3）液压柱塞泵的冲刷：水上挖掘机上每种液压柱塞泵都有冲刷油口，（放油口）。拧开上下放油口，放出泵壳内的液压油，拧上泵下面的油堵，从泵上面的油口向泵壳内注满洗油，再拧开泵下面的油堵，放出泵壳内的洗油，重复冲刷几回后，用气泵把泵壳内的余油吹洁净后，注满洁净的液压油，拧紧油堵即可。

(3) Flushing of hydraulic piston pump: each hydraulic piston pump on water excavator has flushing oil port (oil drain port). Unscrew the upper oil drain port to drain the hydraulic oil in the pump shell, screw on the oil plug below the pump, fill the pump shell with washing oil from the oil port above the pump, then unscrew the oil plug below the pump to drain the washing oil in the pump shell. After repeated flushing for several times, blow the remaining oil in the pump shell with an air pump, fill with clean hydraulic oil and tighten the oil plug.

（4）更换泵进油口密封圈，（O形圈），将液压油箱联接到泵的供油管路联接好，从液压滤芯油口（放好更换后的滤芯）向液压油箱内注满洁净的液压油。

(4) Replace the sealing ring (O-ring) at the oil inlet of the pump, connect the hydraulic oil tank to the oil supply pipeline of the pump, and fill the hydraulic oil tank with clean hydraulic oil from the oil port of the hydraulic filter element (place the replaced filter element).
