　　因为大多数主机在出厂时都已预留了配装附具的油口接头，所以在安装破碎锤时，只须按阐明书的要求将管路、接头与破碎锤衔接在一起即可。

　　1.操作方法：正确操作可提高破碎锤的作业功率，并可延伸运用寿命。操作注意事项有以下几点：

　　1. Operation method: correct operation can improve the working power of the hammer and extend its service life. Operation precautions are as follows:

　　（1）每次运用时，应查看破碎锤的高压或低压油管是否有松动现象;同时，为小心起见，应随时查看其他地方是否漏油，避免因振动形成油管掉落，然后发生毛病。

　　(1) When using each time, first check whether the high-pressure or low-pressure oil pipe of the hammer is loose; at the same time, for the sake of caution, check whether there is oil leakage in other places at any time, so as to avoid oil pipe falling due to vibration, and then faults occur.

　　（2）在破碎锤作业时，钎杆应始终与被破碎物体的外表保持笔直状态。并使钎杆紧压被破碎的物体，破碎后应立即停止破碎锤作业，以避免空打。

　　(2) During the operation of breaking hammer, the drill rod shall always be straight with the surface of the object to be broken. And make the drill rod press the broken object tightly, and stop the crushing hammer operation immediately after crushing, so as to avoid empty drilling.

　　持续漫无目标的冲击会形成破碎锤的前体受损及主体螺栓松动，严峻时可伤及主机自身。

　　Continuous and aimless impact will result in the damage of the front body of the hammer and the loosening of the main body bolts, which may damage the main body itself in severe cases.

　　（3）进行破碎作用时，勿以摇晃钎杆运用，不然主体螺栓与钎杆均有破裂的可能;勿使破碎锤快速坠下或重击在坚固的石块上，这样会因受过度冲击而损坏破碎锤或主机。

　　(3) When crushing, do not use the rocking drill rod, otherwise the main bolt and the drill rod may be broken; do not make the crushing hammer fall down quickly or hit on the solid stone, which will damage the crushing hammer or the main machine due to excessive impact.

　　（4）勿在水中或泥泞地中进行破碎作业，除钎杆外，破碎锤机体的其他部分均不宜浸在水或泥泞中，不然其上的活塞及其他功能附近的零件会因堆积泥渍而形成破碎锤过早损耗。

　　(4) Do not carry out crushing operation in water or mud. Except for the drill rod, other parts of the crusher body should not be immersed in water or mud. Otherwise, the piston and other parts near the function of the crusher will be damaged prematurely due to mud accumulation.

　　（5）当破碎特别坚固的物体时，应先从边缘处开始，不要在同一点上接连击打超越1min，以避免钎杆焚毁或液压油过热。

　　(5) When crushing extremely solid objects, start from the edge first, do not hit continuously at the same point for more than 1min, so as to avoid burning the drill rod or overheating the hydraulic oil.

　　（6）不要用破碎锤的护板作为推动重物的东西，因为发掘装载机均以小型机为主，其自身重量轻，若以其推重物时，轻则损害破碎锤，重则形成主机吊臂开裂，乃发生主机翻车事故。

　　(6) Do not use the guard board of the crushing hammer as the thing to push the heavy object, because the excavators and loaders are mainly small-sized machines with light weight. If they push the heavy object with light weight, the crushing hammer will be damaged, and the crane arm of the main engine will be cracked, or even the main engine will overturn.

　　（7）不要在液压缸全伸或全缩时进行作业，不然会使冲击振动传液压缸体，然后传主机。

　　(7) Do not operate when the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted, otherwise the impact vibration will be transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder and then to the main engine.

　　2.保护保养：因为破碎锤的作业条件非常恶劣，正确的保养可削减机器发生毛病，延伸机器的运用寿命，除及时对主机进行保养外，还应注意以下几点：

　　2. Protection and maintenance: because the working conditions of the crushing hammer are very bad, correct maintenance can reduce the occurrence of machine faults and extend the service life of the machine. In addition to timely maintenance of the main machine, the following points should be paid attention to:

　　（1）外观查看。查看有关螺栓是否松动;各衔接销轴是否过度磨损;查看钎杆与其衬套的间隙是否正常，其间是否有油液渗出，阐明低压油封已损坏，应请人员替换。

　　(1) Appearance view. Check whether the relevant bolts are loose; whether the connecting pin shafts are excessively worn; check whether the clearance between the drill rod and its bushing is normal, and whether there is oil leakage during the clearance; clarify that the low-pressure oil seal has been damaged, and ask professional personnel to replace it.

　　（2）光滑。对作业装置的光滑点，在作业前及每次接连作业2～3h后，应对其进行光滑。

　　(2) Smooth. For the smooth points of the operation device, they shall be smooth before operation and 2-3 hours after each successive operation.

　　（3）替换液压油。液压油质的改变因作业环境的不同而有差异，判断油液好坏的简略方法是调查油质的颜色，当油质转劣的状况极为严峻时，应将油液放掉，并在清洗油箱、滤油器后再注入新油。

　　(3) Replace the hydraulic oil. The change of hydraulic oil quality is different due to the different working environment. The simple way to judge the quality of oil is to investigate the color of oil quality. When the condition of oil quality turning to be poor is extremely severe, the oil should be drained out and new oil should be injected after cleaning the oil tank and oil filter.

　　（4）破碎锤主体为一套包含液压循环系统的精细部件，一般无专用设备的工厂不要自行分化，必须作委托修理。

　　(4) The main body of the crusher is a set of fine parts including the hydraulic circulation system. In general, the factory without special equipment should not differentiate itself, and it must be commissioned for repair.
