The hydraulic hammer of the excavator arm extension belongs to the impact hydraulic vibration device, also known as the crusher. In engineering, it is mainly used for crushing, drilling and demolition of hard objects such as rock, reinforced concrete, asphalt cement pavement and old buildings.

　　(1)每次使用时检查破碎锤的高低压油管是否松动;同时，要小心，随时检查其他部位有无漏油现象，防止因油管振动而引起的故障。

　　(1) check whether the high-pressure and low-pressure oil pipes of the breaking hammer are loose each time they are used; at the same time, be careful to check whether there is oil leakage in other parts at any time to prevent the failure caused by the vibration of the oil pipes.

　　(2)破碎锤作业时，钻杆应始终垂直于被破碎物体的表面。并使钻杆向被压物破碎，破碎后应立即停止锤击工作，防止空打。

　　(2) the drill pipe shall always be perpendicular to the surface of the object to be broken during the operation of the crushing hammer. The drill pipe shall be broken to the object under pressure, and the hammering work shall be stopped immediately after breaking to prevent the air blow.

　　连续无目标的冲击会造成锤头前体的损伤和主螺栓的松动，对主机本身造成严重的损坏。

　　(3)破碎时，不要使用摇动钻头杆，否则主螺栓和钻头杆可能断裂;切勿让铁锤快速下落或猛烈撞击坚硬的岩石，以免过度撞击而损坏铁锤或主机。

　　(3) when breaking, do not use the rock bit rod, or the main bolt and the bit rod may break; do not let the hammer fall quickly or hit hard rock violently, so as to avoid damaging the hammer or the main engine due to excessive impact.

　　(4)不执行在水或泥粉碎操作,除了钻杆,身体的其他部位的破碎锤不适合浸在水中或泥浆,否则活塞,具有类似功能的其他部分将会导致过早的破碎锤由于积累的泥渍。

　　(4) do not perform the operation of crushing in water or mud. Except for the drill pipe, the crushing hammer in other parts of the body is not suitable for immersion in water or mud. Otherwise, the piston, other parts with similar functions, will lead to premature crushing hammer due to accumulated mud stains.

　　(5)对特别坚硬的物体进行破坏时，应从边缘开始，同一点连续敲击不超过1min，以免烧坏钻杆或液压油过热。

　　(5) when the particularly hard object is damaged, it shall be knocked continuously for no more than 1min from the edge to avoid burning the drill pipe or overheating the hydraulic oil.

　　(6)不要使用破碎锤的防护板作为一种工具来推动重量,因为主要是挖掘装载机的小机器,自身重量轻,如果你让它把体重,光线会导致破碎锤,重会导致起重机臂断裂,甚主引擎推翻了事故。

　　(6) do not use the protective plate of the breaking hammer as a tool to push the weight, because it is mainly the small machine of the excavator loader, which has light weight. If you let it handle the weight, the light will lead to the breaking hammer, the heavy will lead to the fracture of the crane arm, or even the main engine overturns the accident.

　　(7)液压缸完全伸长或完全收缩时，不要操作，否则冲击振动会传到液压缸体，进而传到主机。
