　　1. 由于先导手柄旋转阀芯故障导致先导油回路无法进行;

　　1. The pilot oil circuit cannot be operated due to the failure of the pilot handle rotary valve element;

　　2. 旋转电机阀阀芯及液压油溢出，无法正常设定旋转压力;

　　2. The safety valve core and hydraulic oil of the rotary motor overflowed and the rotary pressure could not be set normally;

　　3、液压主控制阀芯旋转发卡，液压油不能到达旋转电机;

　　1、启动机器并做旋转运动，仔细观察旋转运动时平台可左右摆动，摆动时异常声响，机械感明显停滞现象。可判断回转减速机构内部故障或回转机构与回转支承连接故障。

　　1. Start the machine and make rotation movement. Carefully observe that the platform can swing left and right when rotating. When swinging, it makes abnormal sound and the mechanical sense is obviously stagnant. It can be used to judge the internal fault of slewing reduction mechanism or the connection fault of slewing mechanism and slewing bearing.

　　2. 拆下连接回转机构与回转平台的螺栓环，抬起回转机构总成，检查回转机构与回转支承的连接，发现回转主动齿轮与回转环齿轮正常;

　　2. Remove the bolt ring connecting the slewing mechanism and the slewing platform, lift the slewing mechanism assembly, check the connection between the slewing mechanism and the slewing bearing, and find that the slewing driving gear and the slewing ring gear are normal;

　　3.拆下并检查旋转减速箱，发现减速中心齿轮磨损严重，第二减速机支撑架损坏;
