由于大多数主机在出厂时都已预留了配装附具的油口接头,所以在装置破碎锤时,只须按阐明书的请求将管路、接头与破碎锤衔接在一同即可。
Since most main engines have reserved oil outlet joints for fittings when they leave the factory, when installing the crushing hammer, only the pipeline, joints and the crushing hammer should be connected together according to the requirements of the specification.
1.操作办法:正确操作可进步破碎锤的作业效率,并可延长运用寿命。操作留意事项有以下几点:
1. Operating method: Correct operation can improve the working efficiency of crushing hammer and prolong its service life. Operational considerations are as follows:
(1)每次运用时,应检查破碎锤的高压或低压油管能否有松动现象;同时,为当心起见,应随时检查其他能否漏油,以免因振动形成油管零落,从而发作毛病。
(1) Whether the high-pressure or low-pressure tubing of the crushing hammer can be loosened or not should be checked at first during each operation; at the same time, for the sake of caution, whether oil leakage can occur in other centers should be checked at any time, so as not to cause the tubing to fall apart due to vibration, thus causing the occurrence of faults.
(2)在破碎锤作业时,钎杆应一直与被破碎物体的外表坚持垂直状态。并使钎杆紧压被破碎的物体,破碎后应立刻中止破碎锤工作,以避免空打。
(2) The drill rod should always be perpendicular to the appearance of the crushed object during the crushing hammer operation. And make the drill rod press the broken object tightly. After breaking, the breaking hammer should be stopped immediately to avoid air striking.
持续漫无目的的冲击会形成破碎锤的前体受损及主体螺栓松动,严重时可伤及主机自身。
Continuous aimless impact will result in damage to the precursor of the hammer and loosening of the main bolt, and in serious cases, damage to the main engine itself.
(3)停止破碎作用时,勿以摇摆钎杆运用,否则主体螺栓与钎杆均有决裂的可能;勿使破碎锤快速坠下或重击在坚硬的石块上,这样会因受过度冲击而损坏破碎锤或主机。
(3) When stopping the crushing action, do not use the rocking drill rod, otherwise the main bolt and the drill rod are likely to crack; do not make the crushing hammer fall quickly or hit hard on the hard rock, which will damage the crushing hammer or the main machine due to excessive impact.
(4)勿在水中或泥泞地中停止破碎作业,除钎杆外,破碎锤机体的其他局部均不宜浸在水或泥泞中,否则其上的活塞及其他功用相近的零件会因堆积泥渍而形成破碎锤过早损耗。
(4) Do not stop crushing operations in water or muddy ground. Except for drill rods, other parts of the crushing hammer body should not be immersed in water or mud. Otherwise, the piston and other parts with similar functions on the crushing hammer will cause premature loss of the crushing hammer due to accumulation of mud stains.
(5)当破碎特别坚硬的物体时,应先从边缘处开端,不要在同一点上连续敲打超越1min,以避免钎杆烧毁或液压油过热。
(5) When breaking a particularly hard object, it is necessary to start at the edge and not knock for more than 1 minute at the same point in order to avoid burning down of the drill rod or overheating of the hydraulic oil.
(6)不要用破碎锤的护板作为推进重物的工具,由于发掘装载机均以小型机为主,其自身重量轻,若以其推重物时,轻则损伤破碎锤,重则形成主机吊臂断裂,以发作主机翻车事故。
(6) Do not use the guard plate of the crushing hammer as a tool to propel heavy objects. Because excavation loaders are mainly small machines, their own weight is light. If they push heavy objects, the crushing hammer will be damaged lightly, and the weight will lead to the breakage of the main engine boom and even the accident of the main engine overturning.
(7)不要在液压缸全伸或全缩时停止作业,否则会使冲击振动传液压缸体,从而传主机。
(7) Do not stop working when the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully contracted, otherwise the impact vibration will be transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder and then to the main engine.
